Pendine sand speed record set by Zef Eisenberg

A Carmarthenshire beach has been the scene of world speed record attempts since the 1920s.

The flying mile record once held by Sir Malcolm Campbell in the iconic Bluebird has been beaten at Pendine Sands.

On Saturday, Zef Eisenberg averaged 182.4mph over two miles to set a new record on his Suzuki Hayabusa.
