Covid: House party broken up in Rhymney by Gwent Police
This is the moment a police officer breaks up a house party taking place in Caerphilly county.
The Gwent Police officer’s body camera captures him entering the property in Rhymney on Saturday.
"Are you going to let me speak?" the officer can be heard saying as the people gathered insist they are in a support bubble.
It led to one woman being issued with a fixed penalty notice and another given a warning.
