School strikes: 'We need to make a stand for change'
Thousands of teachers have been striking on Wednesday over pay and school budgets.
It follows a vote for industrial action by members of the National Education Union (NEU).
However they also have major concerns over the recruitment and retention of staff into the teaching industry.
Alice Parry, who teaches in Cardiff, said: "We don't want to be here, we want to be helping students prepare for exams. But we to have make a stand for change."
