Swansea: Musical postbox plays Christmas songs

A festive surprise serenade will greet shoppers in Swansea this month after a musical postbox was installed in the city centre.

The postbox, located on Union Street, plays a well-known Christmas tune each time a letter is deposited.

Nick Landon, chief commercial officer at Royal Mail, said: "This is Royal Mail's busiest time of the year. This year we're adding some extra festive joy and cheer for people sending their letters and Christmas cards to loved ones through our amazing singing postboxes."
