Labour to tackle 'immoral' tax avoidance and bedroom tax

Labour will tackle "immoral" Conservative policies if it wins the election, the shadow Welsh Secretary has told party delegates in Swansea.

Owen Smith said it would scrap the so-called bedroom tax and tighten the law to stop tax avoidance "in line with people's values".
