Glan Clwyd Hospital: 'Families expect accountability'
Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has said someone senior should lose their job over a damning report on care at a mental health unit.
Some families have claimed patients were treated like animals in a zoo at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Denbighshire.
The report said treatment in the Tawel Fan unit amounted to "institutional abuse".
The Welsh government has defended the inspection regime and said such findings were not typical.
But Mr Crabb said relatives of those involved expected Welsh Labour's health minister Mark Drakeford to show some leadership and bring the Betsi Cadwaladr health board to account.
