Kirsty Williams: 'We'll achieve dream of a better Wales'
The blame for devolution's failure to deliver better services should be laid at the door of a "tired, bankrupt" Labour Party, Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams has told her party's spring conference in Cardiff.
She cited a proposal to ban e-cigarettes in public places, while NHS waiting times remain high, as an example of the Welsh Labour ministers' wrong priorities.
But Ms Williams urged voters to trust the Lib Dems at May's assembly election to achieve the "dream of a better Wales" that devolution had promised.
