Budget deal shows 'maturing of democracy', says Adam Price
Plaid Cymru has taken a "co-operative" approach to working with the Welsh Government on the budget, the party's finance spokesman Adam Price has said.
Plaid has agreed a deal with the Labour-led group of ministers in Cardiff Bay which will allow the budget for 2017/18 to be passed.
Extra money for health, colleges, councils and the Welsh language has been promised.
