Welsh budget for stability and ambition, says Mark Drakeford
Health and schools are promised a boost while essential council services will be protected, the finance secretary said as he presented the Welsh budget.
Total spending is slightly down at £14.95bn, but Mark Drakeford told AMs there could be further cuts to come when the UK government finalises its spending plans.
Mr Drakeford said the budget "invests for today and prepares for tomorrow".
