Welsh Government bullying claims: 'Bit rich' to ask for independent adviser
Plaid Cymru AM Sian Gwenllian has said her party had been asking for independent scrutiny of the first minister long before he faced accusations of misleading the assembly over allegations of bullying in the Welsh Government.
Carwyn Jones announced plans to set up a system like Scotland's to monitor observance of the code of conduct for ministers.
Opposition parties are unhappy that the code says the first minister himself is the ultimate judge on whether standards have been breached and whether action should be taken.
Ms Gwenllian said the independent adviser should have been introduced a long time ago.
