Obama 'would order more operations inside Pakistan'

US President Barack Obama has said he would be prepared to order more operations inside Pakistan to target Al Qaeda or Taliban leaders.

In an exclusive interview with the BBC the President said that, despite the operation which killed Osama Bin Laden being the longest 40 minutes of his presidency, he would do the same again to protect America and its allies, including Britain.

President Obama was speaking in advance of his state visit to the UK this week.

The BBC's Steve Kingstone reports from Washington.
