Geithner: Fast action needed from Europe

The US Treasury Secretary has called for fast action by Europe in light of its debt crisis.

Speaking at the APEC summit in Hawaii, Timothy Geithner said leaders had been discussing how the Asia-Pacific economies can strengthen their own defences against any fallout.
