'Torture and tanks used in Houla', says Russia's Lavrov

There is no doubt that the Syrian government used tanks and artillery in the Houla massacre in which 49 children were among at least 108 people killed, Russia's foreign minister has said.

Sergei Lavrov said there was evidence that some people were killed at point-blank range, and some had been tortured to death.

He called for an investigation into the killings.
