Muslims 'could do more to monitor' terror threats
The hacking to death of a British soldier on a London street last week has raised new questions about the best way to counter extremist Islamist violence.
Col Richard Kemp, a former commander of British forces in Afghanistan with extensive intelligence experience, tells HARDtalk the UK's Muslim community should "go even further" in monitoring their community to help prevent such attacks.
He says he does not want the UK to become more of a surveillance state but adds: "Unfortunately, I think it's something we need".
