Afghan opium production is an 'international problem'
Afghanistan's finance minister Omar Zakhilwal says the international community needs to address the demand for opium and heroin in their countries.
He tells Sarah Montague in Kabul that Afghanistan is dealing strongly with anyone caught trying to smuggle drugs out of the country, but that the people who are making money from the opium trade are mostly "mafia heads" based in other countries.
