Queen's Baton Relay: Tuvalu welcomes the Queen's Baton

The tiny islands of Tuvalu provided a large welcome party for the arrival of the Queen's Baton Relay.

Presenter Mark Beaumont filmed the traditional singing and drumming performance in the Maneapa, the island's meeting place.

The island is located in the South Pacific, and is one of the smallest countries in the world with a population of almost 10,000 people.

The relay spent two days in Tuvalu as part of the 288 day adventure around the Commonwealth.
