Queen's Baton Relay: Meet the family who are changing judo in the Bahamas

D'Arcy Rahming is the driving force behind a remarkable family of athletes.

As well as being a judo teacher and the head of the Bahamanian Judo Association, Rahming is also the proud father of three judo champions including an Olympic Youth silver medallist.

Two of his children, Cynthia and D'Arcy, are now preparing to compete for the first time at the Commonwealth Games, which will be held in Glasgow this summer.

By creating a number of youth training centres, the family are leading the way in the development of judo in the Bahamas, as BBC Queen's Baton Relay presenter Mark Beaumont witnessed during a short stay in the country.
