Charity warns Ebola 'out of control' amid pledges of help
The Ebola epidemic remains out of control in West Africa according to the medical charity Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF).
It says that recent pledges of help and personnel sent to the region has still not had any impact.
The charity says the spread of the epidemic is "unprecedented", and recent figures show the death toll has climbed to more than 4,500.
