Video diary from doctor treating Ebola in Sierra Leone

Dr Stacey Mearns has been keeping a video diary of her work helping people with Ebola via the King's Sierra Leone Health Partnership.

Stacey is based at Connaught Hospital in the capital, Freetown. More than 1,000 people have died from Ebola in Sierra Leone alone.

This week Stacey has returned to the Ebola Isolation Unit - an 18-bed holding facility inside the hospital which treats people who think they might have the virus.

In her third video diary for the BBC, she describes some of the toughest challenges she faces.
