FA chairman Greg Dyke: 'Blatter is not the man to change Fifa'
Sepp Blatter has been re-elected as Fifa's president for a fifth term, despite being at the helm during one of the biggest corruption scandals to rock the world of football.
Greg Dyke, the chairman of the Football Association, told the BBC Mr Blatter was not the man who was going to be able to change the levels of corruption in Fifa.
He said that half of Sepp Blatter's executive had had to resign over the years because of corruption.
"This is a fundamentally corrupt organisation," Mr Dyke added.
