'I helped Queen haggle for discount during Pakistan visit'

Queen Elizabeth II becomes Britain's longest-reigning monarch on Wednesday when she passes the record set by her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria.

In 1997, Her Majesty visited Pakistan as part of the country's celebrations of the 50th anniversary of its Independence.

The BBC's Shaimaa Khalil visited the former Governor of the Punjab Province, who accompanied the Queen during her visit, and his wife, who was the Queen's Lady-in-waiting.
