Sepp Blatter: 'Even suspended, I am the president'

Sepp Blatter has said that he is still the president of football's world governing body, Fifa, despite being suspended for eight years from all football-related activities following an ethics investigation.

Mr Blatter and Uefa boss Michel Platini were found guilty of breaches $2m "disloyal payment" made to Mr Platini in 2011.

Despite the bans, Mr Blatter told a news conference that he was still the reigning president of Fifa, even if he had been suspended.
