Besigye warns of Uganda uprising over election result

On Friday Ugandans will be voting in presidential and parliamentary elections.

Incumbent president Yoweri Museveni, who has been in power for 25 years, is standing against seven other candidates.

President Museveni's main rival is Dr Kizza Besigye who is the flagbearer of an opposition alliance.

He has lost two disputed elections to President Museveni in the past and says this one too is being rigged.

Dr Besigye spoke to the BBC's East Africa Correspondent, Will Ross, in the Ugandan capital Kampala.
