Gaddafi tells Libya he will not resign

Col Muammar Gaddafi has spoken on Libyan State TV in his first major speech since unrest began.

In his angry address he called on "those who love Muammar Gaddafi" to come on to the streets in support of him.

He refused to resign, saying he had no official position in Libya from which to resign from and would remain the head of the revolution.
