Protests take place in Benghazi, Libya after Friday prayers

They have been large scale protests in the Libyan city of Benghazi, which is being run by local people.

Last week it was the scene of intense fighting between Col Gaddafi's forces and protesters.

The city is now in the control of a committee of judges, lawyers, business people and academics.
