Gaddafi says he feels 'betrayed' by Western leaders
Colonel Gaddafi has accused Western leaders of betraying him as he responded to growing international calls to step aside.
The Libyan leader told the BBC that he was loved by all his people and denied there had been protests against him on the streets.
He gave an interview on the day Britain warned that military action couldn't be ruled out.
Jeremy Bowen was the only British television journalist to speak to Colonel Gaddafi.
