Full interview with Col Gaddafi

The EU has imposed sanctions including an arms embargo, asset freeze and travel ban on Libyan authorities, including leader Col Muammar Gaddafi.

In an interview with the BBC, ABC and the Sunday Times Col Gaddafi insisted that the people of Libya loved him.

Col Gaddafi also said he felt betrayed by Western leaders who, he said, wanted to colonise Libya.
