Libyan city Benghazi 'under new control'

The BBC's Lyse Doucet in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi says new committees are being set up to run the city which is now under opposition control.

But she says there are no moves to try to set up a new government until the whole country has been freed from Col Gaddafi's regime.
