US Army General states Colonel Gaddafi is not a target

The US Army General in charge of American forces, implementing the no-fly zone over Libya, has said attacking Colonel Gaddafi is not part of the mission.

General Carter F Ham of US Africa Command was asked whether the military operation could end in a stalemate.
