Gaddafi using cluster bombs in Libya, say reports

Pro-government forces in Libya have been accused by a human rights campaign group of using cluster bombs, which are banned by more than 100 countries.

The organisation Human Rights Watch says it has witnessed pro-government forces in Libya using the weapons - allegations denied by the Libyan government.
