The UK's Foreign Secretary William Hague has warned that "time is against Gaddafi", after the Libya Contact group agreed to provide more money for rebel groups.

Meeting in Rome, the group which includes Nato members, Arab states and international organisations, agreed to increase the pressure on pressure on Col Muammar Gaddafi.
