Shark attack victim 'lucky to be alive'

The surgeon who operated on a man who was attacked by a shark near Cape Town in South Africa has spoken about his injuries.

Prof Andrew Nichol said 42-year-old Michael Cohen who is from London was critical but stable, and "lucky to be alive".
