Nigerian city of Maiduguri returns to life

The Nigerian city of Maiduguri has been at the heart of the battle waged by Boko Haram militants to create an Islamic state.

A state of emergency was recently declared in Maiduguri and a huge military offensive was launched to tackle the militants.

A 24-hour curfew was imposed, but now the city is returning to life, as the BBC's Will Ross reports.
