'British and American citizens among Kenyan militants'

A British woman and two or three US citizens were among the militants that attacked a Nairobi shopping mall, Kenya's foreign minister has said.

Amina Mohamed told the US PBS network that authorities in all countries had to "raise their game" to keep ahead of the terrorists.
