Africa's Ebola outbreak 'out of control' - MSF

The charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) has said the Ebola outbreak in West Africa is out of control.

More than 330 people have already died in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

MSF says the epidemic will spread further unless there is a stronger international response.
