Summit gives opportunity for more US investment in Africa

The largest ever summit of African leaders in the US is under way in Washington with the opportunity for American businesses to clinch deals with the 45 heads of state present.

The summit is seen as an opportunity for US President Barack Obama to show his commitment to Africa, where currently less than 1% of America's overseas investment goes.
