Nigeria unrest: Eyewitness describes Kano attack scene
Gunmen have attacked the central mosque in Kano, Nigeria's second city, setting off three bombs and opening fire on worshippers as they fled Friday prayers.
The militant Islamist group, Boko Haram, is blamed for the attack.
Partial casualty figures indicate dozens have died, but one reporter said he had counted as many as 200 bodies.
The BBC's Focus on Africa programme spoke to Muhammad Bello who was near the mosque when the explosions began.
