Nigeria: Boko Haram launch attack on city of Maiduguri

Boko Haram fighters have launched a new attack on the Nigeria city Maiduguri.

The assault sparked a long battle with insurgents trying to enter the city through the suburb of Dalwa.

The latest assault comes just a week after Boko Haram launched simultaneous attacks on three towns in the northeastern state of Borno, including Maiduguri.
