Waiting at Nigeria's 'empty gas stations'

Nigeria is suffering from a shortage of fuel, leading to the closure of two mobile phone companies and one of the nation's largest banks.

Francis Olumide is in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, and filmed these scenes of people looking for petrol.

"Nigerians now depend on the black market to survive," says Francis. "The illegal gas sellers gets constant supply but we have empty gas stations."
