African skateboarders eye 2020 Olympic chance

The Kimberley Diamond Cup Skateboarding World Championships begin on Wednesday in South Africa. The tournament has seen a huge increase in the number of competitors from across the African continent.

It has been an important couple of weeks for the sport after it was named on the short-list of events which could be included in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

The BBC went to Kimberley to meet some of the competitors and to find out how the sport is growing in Africa and what the future holds for young local skaters.
