Tropical storm Saola causes flooding in Philippines

People living in the Philippines' capital Manila have been forced to evacuate their homes because of flooding caused by tropical storm Saola.

The storm is still gathering strength and authorities are preparing for a possible mass evacuation of riverside communities.
