Korea crisis: At the China-North Korea border

Although concerns over the North Korean crisis are on the rise in Beijing, trade and tourism at the border city of Dandong appear to be operating normally.

Elsewhere, South Korea has deployed two warships with missile-defence systems, reports said on Friday, a day after the North apparently moved a missile to its east coast.

Weeks of escalating tension on the Korean peninsula have seen the North ramping up its rhetoric and making specific threats to target US territory.
