Missile batteries in Tokyo over North Korea threat

South Korea has raised its alert level to "vital threat" amid indications the North is preparing for a missile test.

It wouldn't be the first time North Korea has tested missiles, but sources say the missile is new, untested and ready for launch.

Japan is within range, and the threat is being taken equally seriously there.

The BBC's Martin Patience has been to one of the missile batteries deployed in Tokyo.
