Syrian rebels and Hezbollah 'exchange fire in Lebanon'

Lebanese security sources say several Syrian rebel fighters have been killed in clashes with Hezbollah inside Lebanon.

The fighting took place near the border with Syria, east of the Bekaa Valley.

It comes a day after rockets and mortar rounds were fired into the same area, which is a Hezbollah stronghold.
