'Royal bub' welcomed by Australian PM Kevin Rudd

The arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's baby has been welcomed by the Australian prime minister.

Kevin Rudd said the birth of the "royal bub" was a time for rejoicing and wished the Royal Family well.
