Qatar prepares for World Cup ruling

Football's world governing body, Fifa, could decide this week whether to move the 2022 World Cup in Qatar from summer to winter.

The organisers say they can stage the tournament at any time of year, including the height of Middle East summer.

Fifa president Sepp Blatter supports a move, but the top man at Europe's football governing body Uefa, Michel Platini, says there is no rush for a decision.

The BBC's Alex Capstick reports.
