Philippine President Aquino criticises local Typhoon Haiyan response

Philippine President Benigno Aquino has criticised authorities in some areas for not being fully prepared for the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan.

Mr Aquino has himself been criticised for his government's response.

He told Rajesh Mirchandani that one particular region had reported the most casualties and that "one has to ask why".
