Thailand protests: One killed by gunfire at clashes

Protests for and against the Thai government have turned violent, with gunfire reported in the capital, Bangkok.

Saturday is the seventh day of protests, which began with the aim of unseating the government of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.

Anti-government protester, Akanat Promphan, said the police were "doing absolutely nothing" to control the violence.
