Delhi rape: 'It's the tip of the iceberg', says Meera Syal

A public memorial for a woman, who was brutally gang raped in Delhi last year, has taken place outside the Indian Embassy in London.

The attack caused mass outrage around the world and prompted the Indian government to pass stricter laws to deal with crimes against women.

The actress Meera Syal attended the memorial event in London and told the BBC more must be done to change the way victims of sexual violence are treated.
