Detained al-Jazeera journalists: 'Charges don't hold water'

Heather Allen, who is head of newsgathering at al-Jazeera, has said the leaked charges against three al-Jazeera journalists who have been detained in Egypt "don't hold water".

Peter Greste - an Australian ex-BBC correspondent - Canadian Mohammed Fahmy, Cairo bureau chief, and Egyptian producer Baher Mohamed were arrested on 29 December at their hotel in Cairo. They have been in detention ever since.
